What can you expect during the coaching sessions?

During a coaching session we will work on establishing the topic. This topic might be obvious or not. After we have identified the topic we will work together on how you can explore the topic on different levels; mental, emotional or physical. From there the session will be guided by some questions from my side, thoughts or exercises to explore your topic from different angles or perspectives. We will work on what is present in this moment and I will practice mindful listening on the different levels 2 and 3 and will be fully present for you during the course of the session.

What does a typical session format look like?

There is no typical session format. The most important thing is to be open and come into the session with an expectation to learn something new about yourself, by yourself and to sometimes, sit in silence to enable yourself to process the session.

I will rely on my intuition, coaching skills, mindfulness practice and experience, to guide you through your most urgent and pressing questions, emotions and feelings and enable you to take your time and space to explore what comes up by tapping into your inner wisdom and exploring your fullest potentials in any topic that comes up.

A coaching session can include portions of talking and discussing your topic, feelings, emotions and thoughts, and guided or silent mindfulness minutes within the coaching session to allow you to take the time to digest and process whatever comes up in the session. These micro-mindfulness sessions are as essential as the talking parts of the session. We will usually end the session with the last five minutes as silent time before we book our next session.

What techniques do you use in your coaching?

By education, I am trained with the Co-Active method. However, I believe that although the Co-Active method is holistic and complete, developing mindfulness can harness your inner wisdom and provide you with an infinite wealth of inspiration and develop your intuition.

I combine both techniques, the Co-Active method and a mindfulness technique focusing on following your natural flow of your breath.

Following my intuition, I will combine these two techniques to enable you to tap into your consciousness that is all knowing and knowledgeable. I believe that each of us has the innate wisdom built-in within us and all we need to do is to tap into it. We are all capable of tapping into our wisdom with little help and guidance. 

What is the duration of a session?

The duration of a session is 60 minutes.

What is the cost of a session?

The price per session is €100 excluding VAT

If you take a bundle of 5 sessions: The overall price is €475 excluding VAT (prepaid and nonrefundable valid for 5 months)

If you take a bundle of 10 sessions: The overall price is €900 excluding VAT (prepaid and nonrefundable valid for 10 months)

Is your company paying for your sessions? Then only 5 sessions bundle apply with a total cost of €600 excluding VAT (prepaid and nonrefundable valid for 5 months)

Do you do an intake session and is it paid?

The first session is always an intake session and paid as a normal tariff.
