What to Expect in a Coaching Session?
Each session is a space to slow down and explore what’s present for you—whether it’s a clear challenge or something harder to define.
We’ll begin by identifying the focus of the session. This might be a situation, emotion, belief, or recurring pattern. From there, I’ll guide you through the session using presence, intuitive questions, and gentle practices to help you explore your experience on a mental, emotional, and physical level.
You don’t need to come prepared. Just bring your willingness to explore—with curiosity, not judgment.
What Does a Session Look Like?
There’s no fixed format.
Each session unfolds based on what arises in the moment.
Sometimes we’ll talk. Sometimes we’ll pause. Sometimes we’ll sit in silence to let insights settle.
You’ll be invited to connect with your inner wisdom—gently and at your own pace. I combine coaching tools with mindfulness practices to create space for you to reflect, feel, and grow.
We usually close each session with a few minutes of silence, giving you time to integrate what came up before we schedule the next session.
What Methods Do I Use?

Co-Active Coaching – a structured yet open approach that helps you tap into your own clarity and choices.

Mindfulness – cultivating present-moment awareness through breath and body, allowing deeper insight to emerge naturally.
While trained in the Co-Active method, I follow your rhythm, drawing from mindfulness and intuition to meet you where you are.
I believe the answers are already within you. My role is to support you in uncovering them—with care, not pressure.
Duration
Each session lasts 60 minutes.

Bundle of 5 sessions: €475 (valid for 5 months – prepaid & non-refundable)

For employer-sponsored coaching:

Is the Intake Paid?
Yes. The first session is an intake session and is charged at the regular rate.
