What Happens in a Mindfulness Session?

Mindfulness is the art of being aware of what’s happening—right now.

If you’re breathing in, and you know you’re breathing in—that’s mindfulness.
It’s not mystical or complicated. It’s practical, powerful, and available to all of us.

When you become mindful, you begin to develop concentration.
And through that concentration, insight begins to emerge.

Insight into your thoughts, your emotions, your patterns—past and present.
It helps you respond, rather than react.

The more I stay mindful of my breath, my thoughts, or my feelings—even while sitting behind a laptop—the more equipped I am to meet life as it unfolds.

Mindfulness connects me to my inner wisdom—but that wisdom doesn’t arrive on demand.
It’s not a Netflix stream. It comes with space, stillness, and compassion.

And just like a muscle, mindfulness grows with practice.
It fades if we neglect it, but it never disappears.

Each session is gently adapted to what you need in the moment. It can be:

  • A space to slow down, rest, and simply be—no questions, no agenda

  • A place to explore a specific topic or challenge in your life

  • A deeper dive into your existing mindfulness practice, if you’re experienced and want to explore new perspectives or energy

There’s no pressure to perform, explain, or justify.
We begin wherever you are.

Duration

Each mindfulness session lasts 60 minutes.

Pricing

  • Single session: €75 (excl. VAT)

  • 5-session bundle: €350 (valid for 5 months – prepaid & non-refundable)

If your employer is paying for your sessions:

  • Only the 5-session bundle applies: €500 (excl. VAT)

Do You Offer an Intake?

Yes. The first session is always an intake session and is charged at the regular rate.
